I am using Windows XP, Outlook 2003 & Outlook Express 6.
I can’t forward Emails larger than 4 MB, antivirus program is NOT scanning my mail and my ISP allows up to 10MP to be transmitted. After numerous calls to my ISP who checked all my settings, I called Microsoft and for a service fee of $49.00 they checked my Outlook and my Outlook Express programs. Nether origination could give me a reason for the failure. After two more calls to Microsoft who kept sending me Emails wanting to close my account if I was having no more problems, I was told that both of these programs had a upload size limit of 4MB. Is this indeed the truth or they wanting to close my account in order to be able to collect my $49.00 service and to heck with my problem. What are other people thought on this problem? Thanks from DJ |
