Default how do I work with oft files in outlook 2007

I outlook 2003 I used to work with a personal toolbar which contained some
buttoms pointing to oft files.
Now, with outlook 2007, I always get the message
"

the path and name of the oft file

If the .oft files just have boilerplate text and no form design, you should
be able to put them (or shortcuts to them) on your Desktop or in any other
convenient folder and launch by double-clicking. Another option is to write
a little VBA macro to launch each with the
Application.CreateItemWithTemplate method.
