Default Sending Custom Froms

I have created an Outlook Custom Form ( Mail Message) to e-mail to our client
base. This form allows us to list doument names and place check marks next to
the specific documents we need our clients to provide to us. However, I have
sent this mail message form to internal Outlook users and they can not read
the the form. I have made sure these contacts receiving this form in a rich
text format, yet the default mail messsage form is seen by the recipent.

Outlook forms generally are not suitable to use in this manner. Dependencies include:

1) All recipients using Outlook.

2) Either checking the "send form definition with item" box on the (Properties) page of the form or having each recipient publish the form to their Personal Forms library. Note that the first option will not provide a solution if the custom form has custom fields and recipients are using Outlook 2003 Sp2 or later.

3) Neither mail server messing with the TNEF content of the message.

A simple HTML message might be more effective in your scenario.
