Default Storing Multiple Selections

I coordinate volunteers and need to store the days and times when
they're available on a custom form. Anyone have a good suggestion as
to how to go about this?

Default Storing Multiple Selections

Why not just use a calendar for that purpose? No form needed. Name as
subject, and plug in the time range.
