Default Global Search and Replace in Body of Email?

How can I create a macro that does two Global Search and Replaces on the Body of an email, say replacing CX with CY and SX with SY throughout the email's body?

Oh, I am running MS Office 2010 on Windows 7, both 64-bit I believe.

Thanks.
