Default Outlook Signature

So my administrators at the office just installed some program that overrides the signature blocks for all the users for consistency. Unfortunately my group uses a shared inbox. When the inbox is used to send or reply from it does not default to the actual user and thus unless you manually change the From field or cut/paste a signature in to each email and remember to do this every time you send something out your recipient they will have no idea who is sending them the email.

I have done alot of work with Access in the past and I had a vba code I found online that allowed me to send multiple emails to recipients without hitting ok for every one. I am hoping there may be some vba code out there folks are familiar with that would allow me to generate a signature block when X inbox is used.

Appreciate any help I can get on this. And before you ask no the program developers appear to have no fix and no desire to fix this issue at this time. Our IT team will not or cannot disable for us. Crazy right?

Thanks

I am not sure that I understand entirely. Is the shared inbox the only inbox everyone has or is this just a secondary inbox?

The solution to this could be as simple as setting up an action to change what appears and who it is from anytime either of these to buttons to a more complex solution that tries to figure out what inboxes you have available to you.
