Hi All,
Currently at work, over 100 emails come into the departments shared mailbox per day and staff work through each email in turn, however this is not most efficient way working, as staff are simply just choosing the easy ones. I have read on topic http://www.outlookbanter.com/outlook...ent-users.html That it is possible to create a script and then using some VBA to cycle through list of staff giving email to each individual on the list in a looping fashion. However the above link does not point me in any direction on how to create script / vba to do this. any help or further links on this type of thing would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Steve |
