Default Costum menu, with existing functions

Hi All,

For some colleages who travell alot with a computer/laptop I'd like to
make a shortcut menu with some settings, mainly the location they are
at, so dailing in goes locally. Also some filter settings have to be
altered.

Now I was plannig to use the 'record macro' tool I know from other
office applications, but it's not present at Outlook. Can I bring up
this tool with a secret option? It has great functionality!

Or is there an other nice trick that can help me finding my way in all
the functions that outlook has to offer?

Thanks,
Bas

The nicest "trick" is called the Object Browser, you can open it with F2.
Then switch from All Libraries to Outlook and discover what Outlook
exposes to developers :-)
