Default Customizing Outlook's Out of Office

Hi,

In Outlook 2000/2003, is it possible to customize Out Of Office so it can
have the start and end dates that will be available with Exchange 12?

The ability to have pre-scheduled OOA messages is strictly an Outlook2007 feature. Whether it is exposed as a web service for programmatic access would be a question for an Exchange dev forum.
