I want to save all attachments in the sent items folder in Outlook 2003 to
the local disk and then have them deleted. How can I do that? Can you prevent Outlook 2003 from saving attachments with the Sent Items? i.e. Save the mail but not the corresponding attachment. Thx KL |

You can use the ItemAdd event of the Sent Items folder. In that event loop through the item´s Attachment list backwards, call each attachment´s SaveAsFile method and then its Delete method. -- Viele Gruesse / Best regards Michael Bauer - MVP Outlook -- www.vbOffice.net -- I want to save all attachments in the sent items folder in Outlook 2003 to the local disk and then have them deleted.
