Default Error after Norton Internet Security 2006

I cannot open the macro editor within Outlook. When I click Alt+F11, or
Alt+F8 or I click on Tools-Macro-Macros nothing happens.

Before, after installing Norton Internet Security 2006 (NIS 2006), I could
not create an Outlook mail item with VBA. The only way to fix it was to
completely remove Microsoft Office 2003 and reinstall it.

However, I am left now without the possibility to open the macro editor for
Outlook. I really do not fancy the idea of reinstalling again the whole MS
Office 2003.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Antonio

Problem solved.

As per Eric Legault below, I just had to enable the Outlook VBA in the
Help- About menu.
