is there any way to execute rules with a macro?

First I want to read all new mails an then klick a button to move them to
other folders by the defined rules.

There is no programmatic interface to rules, sorry. If you need more control
over your rules, manually convert them to macros. Then if you do need them
to run automatically, you can always create a rule that runs a macro.
