If you want to complete automate this then it will require program and yes
it is possible. Without programming, it is also possible in Outlook but the person doing it would have to initiate it themselves. Is there a way to create a program where a form or dialog boxes open up and ask questions and based upon the answer of those questions a form letter is chosen and information inserted into that letter?
