Can an automatic message be added when sending encrypted e-mail?
Is there a way to have a standard message automatically entered into either
the subject line or body of the text whenever the encryption option is selected? In other words, for every encrypted e-mail I need the word "Proprietary" to be included somewhere in the message automatically.

There's nothing in the Outlook Object Model to work with encryption and
digital signatures, and nothing in CDO either AFAIK.
