Default domain filter-Default to block all, then

I don't know if it's possible but... If we could select domains that we want
to allow such as...

gmail.com
hotmail.com
playgroundcops.com
yahoo.com
ford.com
schneider.com
thetechnerds.com
yowuzup.com
etc.....

then only allow inbound mail from those domains, we could possibly stop the
flood of spam into individual boxes(We're on a network here of about 90
pc's). All spam goes to a junk folder for manuls scan before deleting. All
acceptable mail domains could be added and eventually. No junk mail, getting
through.

Perhaps the program could be smart enough to automatically add outbound
domains to the acceptable list. This would reduce the need for manual
additions. All that would be necessary would be to delete problem domains.

Recap:
1. Begin by blocking all or defaulting to junk.
2. All a manual addition to acceptable domain.
3. record all new outbound domains to acceptable list. (I'm assuming that if
one sends mail to someone that the domain would be acceptable)

This should render most spammers useless with their phony domains as well as
pblock those that youdont want.
