Hi All
I have been asked to disable the Outlook Preview Pane within Outlook. At present we are using Outlook 2000, 2002 and 2003. I have been able to disable the Preview Pane within Outlook 2000 and 2002, by using the following registry keys; [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Offi ce\10.0\Outlook\DisabledCmdBarItemsList] "TCID1"="5514" [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Offi ce\9.0\Outlook\DisabledCmdBarItemsList] "TCID1"="5514" This will be added into a custom ADM and applied to a GPO. I am now having problems disabling the Read Pane within Outlook 2003, as I can’t locate the Control Bar ID. What I would like to be able to do is to use the same ADM to disable the Preview/Read pane across all three version of Outlook. I have tried to run the MS VBA scripts which Microsoft recommend but this does not display the relevant ID. Does any body know the ID ??? please help Regards Arron Marsden |
