We have a staff member who is visually impaired, and cannot use the mouse -
only the keyboard. They use a special software program that reads the screen to them. In order to view information contained in Outlook public folders we have had to define a custom view. Rather than apply this view manually to ever single public folder calendar we have (and perhaps miss future ones), we would like to create a keyboard shortcut in Outlook so that the staff member can easily apply the custom view to a currently selected public folder. Any suggestions on how this could be done, ie. a macro perhaps? |
