Default IN OUTLOOK 2003, HOW TO SET AUTO MESSAGE CHECK LESS THAN 1 MINUTE?

I would like to set Outlook 2003 to check for new messages every 30 seconds.
I can already go into the setting and set the minimum time to 1 minute but
want to have the program automatically check messages every 30 seconds. How
can I do this?

You canīt and your ISP probably would also prevent you from doing this due
to uneccessary traffic.

You should also consider that you are crying out your password every
minute (normaly without encryption).

Perhaps an imap or an exchange account will be a better way to get
faster your e-mails.
