Default How To: Save incoming attachments to a network location

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction... We're going to
have a client that will be sending us daily excel files which we need
to import into our MS SQL database.

I don't need help doing the import - that I can handle. What I'm not
sure about is how to capture the incoming attachments and move them to
a certain network location. Is there a "simple" way to do this (ie:
built in function) or should I be looking at a Macro?

If a Macro, can someone point me to an online tutorial? I'm not sure
where to start - never written a Macro for Outlook.

Thanks,

Casey

Hello,

Check this link out - http://www.fontstuff.com/outlook/oltut01.htm
That macro is designed to collect all the attachments from your Inbox
and save them to a folder in your hard drive. Hopefully you'll be able
to make use of it.
