I'm not sure how to do when I have an appointment and Reminder window
appears to send automatically e-mail to specific person. I don't know where to start. Thanks in advance.

Are you looking for code to send an email when a reminder fires? Take a look
at http://www.outlookcode.com/d/code/sendreminder.htm.
