Can I retrieve an Outlook Folder that was deleted by accident?

Can I retrieve an Outlook Folder that was deleted by accident?
I did that already, When I first deleted them I hit the "Back" button and
retrieved them. Was using them fine and then when I had to reboot my computer the files were gone. Not Happy. Thanks for your response!
