Default move an email to a folder after sending

Hi. I'm a beginner in Outlook programming and I would need your help.

is there a way to move an email after it's sent to a folder? What I
would like is after I hit "SEND" that Outlook pop me out and asks me
where I want to move the email either in "sent items" or in a PST
folder.

Is this possible?

Thank you in advance for all your help. It's appreciated.
