Default Find overlapping appointments

Hi,

I have a macro (and a own formular) which creates a new appointment in a
defined calendar.
Is there a (intern) function for checking of overlapping appointments?

Thanks
Kerstin

There's no internal function for that. You can filter the appointments in
that folder based on a date range and use the filtered collection of items
to compare for conflicts. There are samples for how to set up a date filter
for Items.Restrict in the Object Browser Help.

Thanks for the answer.
Yes, I did this in the described way, but I thought
I can do it like Outlook Calendar marks such appointments
(yellow line in the standard formular "Conflicts with/Adjacent to another
appointment ...")

Best regards
Kerstin
