Default Problem with VBA program and tool bar

Hello

I installed a program which uses VBA and grafts itself onto Word (the
program is Wordfast)

Everything was ok until I wanted to move a menu it had installed .

Instead of moving it along the toolbar, I slid it out of the toolbar and
lost it.

I've now tried EVERYTHING to get it back, including reinstalling the program
which is contained in a .dot

Everything reinstalls except the menu which I lost at the beginning

It's like Word has remembered this and won't allow the menu back and the
program is useless without it.

Any ideas please

Thanks

Dave Neve
