how do i stagger sending messages
i'm using outlook 2003 SP2
"adj" wrote: My mail server blocks my mails if i send more than a specified number in a minute. Can I configure a rule in outlook so that when I forward a bulk of messages, it staggers their sending to something like x per minute and stores the unsent ones in the outbox till then.
