Default Saving Emails

We have a program we use for a CRM. We also use it to save all our
documentation. Files, emails, attachments etc.

Right now we have to save the email as a msg file and then attach it within
our program.

Is there a way we could simplify this process? We would like to be able to
"browse" to any emails or task currently in Outlook and then create a copy or
file within our DB. Just like you do in Outlook to attach an item instead of
a file.

Any help will be greatly apprciated.

I think, I don't understand your intention. You could save an email by code
as a msg file simply by calling its Save method.
