The majority of the answer to your question is primarily an Access or ADO
question - or for whatever data access technique you choose. From the Outlook side, you get the data from the MailItem.Body property. This page has some resources for you: Connecting Outlook to Databases: http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?ID=25 -- Eric Legault - Outlook MVP, MCDBA, MCTS (SharePoint programming, etc.) Try Picture Attachments Wizard for Outlook: http://www.collaborativeinnovations.ca Blog: http://blogs.officezealot.com/legault/ "Raju A" wrote: Dear All, Is there way to extract body of a outlook mail and store it in MS Access.
