I have a newsletter that will go out each month; however, I want to send an
autoresponse to only emails that have a subject but also content inthe body
of the email for suggestions to the newsletter. What I want it to do is
this...

When someone responds to me with a suggestion and a subject of newsletter, I
want an automatic email to go out to only that person from a group of people
that says this. Thank you for submitting your suggestion(s), I will forward
and discuss them with management and will provide feedback to you with
outcome.

Thank you,,,blah blah blah....can this be accomplished with outlook. I
already have rules setup just not sure how to set-up this one.

You can create a rule that looks for specific words in the subject or body,
and reply using a specific template (.oft file). If you want more control,
you can write some VBA to do a lot of other things:

(don't worry about the Outlook version in the title - it works for newer
