how can I have the frequently used field duration available to pri
the appointment duration is a frequently used field that can be added to
appointments. I want it to print on the weekly calendar print style

Outlook print styles can't be modified. You might want to look at the calendar printing tools at http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp
