Default Outlook, MSN (Hotmail), and added tools should work together

This is a comment resulting from people complaining to me about Outlook, MSN
mail (free version), and Hotmail (free version) -- all connected to
Microsoft. Outlook 2003 has Add Sender to Blocked Senders List. Why not
have Add Sender's Domain to Blocked Senders (Domains) List? And add this
tool: Blocked Senders and Domains are deleted at the SERVER. Why should
Blocked addresses and domains continue to clutter even the Junk Folder???
Why don't Outlook and MSN and Hotmail work together and offer the same tools,
options, protections? All three are Microsoft programs. Free Hotmail limits
Blocked Senders and Domains to a whopping 15 (but Hotmail fails to tell you
about this limit), and Message Rules to an other whopping 15. These don't
even BEGIN to touch all the junk that plagues email. Right now Outlook tools
don't touch Hotmail accounts configured in Outlook... at least not old free
ones still allowed to use email clients. If a "paid" Hotmail account is
affected by Outlook tools then my response is this: If someone has already
paid for Outlook... why should they have to pay for Hotmail (MSN) as well?
Isn't that double-dipping?? Another thing... Microsoft has plenty of
money... Hotmail (MSN) should be its way of "giving back" to the community
and should still be offered FREE with all the bells and whistles that it has
added in their premium services. There are many people who cannot afford to
pay for email service in addition to an email client, anti-virus, anti-spam,
anti-threat, anti-junk, anti-adware, anti-spyware, firewalls, etc., but still
depend on email for communication. Are these people less worthy of
protection? Why can't Hotmail be the ONE company to offer that as a "give
back". Shame on Microsoft and multi-billionaire Billy Gates for their
selfishness and greed. I don't expect any answers, but I hope my clients see
that I've posted their complaints.
