Done all that, but how do I make a new macro appear in the commands list? At
the moment, it just exists as a *.bas file in my personal folder. I tried all the help files to no avail. I did it once, last year, but cannot recall how I did it! Then select your macro in the Commands list and drag it to a toolbar. -- Eric Legault (Outlook MVP, MCDBA, old school WOSA MCSD, B.A.) Try Picture Attachments Wizard for Outlook: http://www.collaborativeinnovations.ca Blog: http://blogs.officezealot.com/legault/ "Richard" wrote: Does anyone know how I can create a Toolbar button (in Outlook 2000) that runs a macro (I already have the macro) then opens an Access 2000 database on a network drive? All in one click of the toolbar button. Your help with this is most appreciated. -- Richard |

Macros have to be stored in .bas modules within the Project Explorer of the
Outlook Visual Basic Editor. They should also be declared as Public (not Private) to be visible in the Commands list. -- Eric Legault (Outlook MVP, MCDBA, old school WOSA MCSD, B.A.) Try Picture Attachments Wizard for Outlook: http://www.collaborativeinnovations.ca Blog: http://blogs.officezealot.com/legault/ "David C" wrote: Done all that, but how do I make a new macro appear in the commands list?
