I created a meeting room resource so users can book an appointment in the
meeting room by creating a meeting request and selecting the Meeting Room user from the Resources button not the To button. I wondered if there was a way to configure Outlook for everyone so when creating a new meeting request the To button is not available? Thanks for any help. |
