Default I need to unblock security message

Greetings!
When I am trying to send 10 emails automatically through a VB program
written under Excel, each time an email is going I'll get the message "A
program is trying to automatically send e-mail on your behalf. Do you want to
allow this? If you unexpectedly receive this message, it may be caused by a
virus, and you should choose No."
How can I get rid of this message? I want to program to send my emails even
if I am not there to click on " yes" for each email!
Thanks for your help
Ramzi
