Default Outlook Automation

Hi
im using a web based application in my office for day to day management. its
developed in asp. if any employee or manager update a task in that page the
users can create an excel sheet from that to a specified folder. i want to
update the calendar entris of each users outlook from the file. and also i
want to make it automatic and as background process when the user run the
outlook. can anybdy help me
