I need to assign a category to each email i receive or a new mail i open.
This action needs to happen by default, where a window pops up when i open my email from my inbox if a category has not been assigned to it. This window should have all the categories i have set in outlook. The same thing should happen when i open a new email to compose. Is there a way to do this? Please help. |
