Default Force to assign a category to each email I Open, even a new email

I need to assign a category to each email i receive or a new mail i open.
This action needs to happen by default, where a window pops up when i open
my email from my inbox if a category has not been assigned to it.
This window should have all the categories i have set in outlook.
The same thing should happen when i open a new email to compose.
Is there a way to do this?
Please help.

Yes, it is possible - and a lot of work. There's already a solution for
this, please follow the link in my signature and see Category Manager.
