Default PASSWORDS IN PRF FILES

Does anyone now of anyway of encoding or decoding the password in a PRF
file, I want to be able to set up scripts that add new Terminal Services
user and that rather tna hopping all over the place I can create it all in
one go. Have got everything else so far but just can't see how to add the
password to the PRF file.

Thanks for your help.
