Default Detect which attachment Item(s) is selected in an email

In an open mailitem, I am trying to detect which attachment(s) are selected.
Is there any way to do this? Am currently trying in Outlook 2007.

Look at the AttachmentSelection collection and review the Object Browser
Help on that collection, it's the only way to do what you want. It does rely
on a context menu operation however.

I got the selected attachment in Outlook 2007 using the context menu. Thank
you for the help.
Is there something that we can use in lower version of Outlook (specially in
Outlook 2003) to get the selected attachment on an open email?

No, that's not possible in Outlook 2003 or earlier.
