Default Enable/disable rules with VBA (outlook 2003)

Hi,

i have a rule that forward email when it comes from a specific email adress.

I would like to disable this rule when i open Outlook and enable it before
(or while) i am closing Outlook. This is a server side rule, i don't know if
that matters.

Can it be done with a macro or anything else. I'm using Outlook 2003.

There is no interface to the rules module in Outlook 2003, there is in
Outlook 2007, but that won't help you.
