Default Outlook: Add memo text

How could I include Memo text (at least the first line) with that of Subject
and Location that is currently shown in the Day view? By having some / all
of the Memo text would help me and others to better know what the meeting is
about.

Have you tried applying the built-in Day/Week/Month with AutoPreview view?

Default Outlook: Add memo text

In Outlook 2007, Calendar, Day view, the default appointment data fields
visable in the appointment bar are 'Subject' and 'Location'. Is there a way
to include another field such as the 'memo' field (or at least a truncated
first line), or replace the 'Location' field with that of the 'memo' field?

Did you try what I suggested? The AutoPreview view is the only way to
display appointment body information along with the Subject and Location.
