How could I include Memo text (at least the first line) with that of Subject
and Location that is currently shown in the Day view? By having some / all of the Memo text would help me and others to better know what the meeting is about. |

Have you tried applying the built-in Day/Week/Month with AutoPreview view?

In Outlook 2007, Calendar, Day view, the default appointment data fields
visable in the appointment bar are 'Subject' and 'Location'. Is there a way to include another field such as the 'memo' field (or at least a truncated first line), or replace the 'Location' field with that of the 'memo' field? Did you try what I suggested? The AutoPreview view is the only way to
display appointment body information along with the Subject and Location. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Microsoft Outlook 2007 Programming: Jumpstart for Power Users and Administrators http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?id=54 "usmc-r70" wrote in message news ![]() In Outlook 2007, Calendar, Day view, the default appointment data fields visable in the appointment bar are 'Subject' and 'Location'.
