Default Country Code - How can one find it.

Does anyone know where the default country code is stored for Outlook i.e. 1
for US, 44 for England?

One of my applications transfers phone numbers to Outlook, however, I ask
the user to set the default country code manually. It would be nice to find
out the country code for the PC (or Outlook) and then set that as the default
on my software. Anyone know where this is stored and how to get to it?
