Default smart tags in Outlook 2007

Hi, I got to know about smart tags and followed the complete procedure given
at
http://www.crmreports.com/index.php/...o-address.html
but still when I right click on users name, I get empty "Additional actions"
list.

Could anyone please help me on this.

Thanks.

Smart tags only work in the bodies of WordMail emails. Is that what you're
trying to do?

Smart tags created as that article describes should work on the "persona"
menu (the context menu for recipients). I remember trying it once and
succeeding. Maybe Outlook just needs to be restarted.

Good to know, I always thought that they only worked in bodies. Not that I
ever did anything with them g. Thanks Sue.
