O/E Freezes with phantom email

Hi, my O/e freezes up and it appears there is a phantom
messge in preview pane with no message on server rendering
my O/E useless. If anyone has the knowledge (something about
switiching identities?)...

Outlook Express freezing with phantom message title

and no messge appears and is NOT on the server. It is blocking
anything else from coming in and I cannot delete the message
title and cannot access any of my folders or files :-)
