How to put title case or initial caps in a form's text box

Using OL2000 - I want to have the text automatically formatted to initial
caps or as it's sometimes called "Title case" in a text box of a newly
designed OL form.

Delay send not working

Using ol2003 - when I us the "Do Not Deliver Before" feature under options the
email does not stay in the outbox. It gets sent out right away. Any idea why?

OL2000 Custom form can't be read in OL2003

I've built a custom message form with OL2000 but a reciepient of mine cannot
see the form with OL2003. I've sent him a template of the form to install in
his Outlook; but this still doesn't work....

Spell Check inside a form's text box

I use a text box on a designed email message form that I want to spell check
before sending. The spell check tool does not even show up on any menu. Is
there a work around on this?

it still sends it immediately. How can this be fixed?

When I exit Outlook it seems to exit properly - no sign of it on the desktop
or system tray; but if you press "Ctrl-Alt-Del" you will see outlook still om
the program list in the Close Program...

OL2000 in 98SE will not completely close.
