free / busy data in schedule - Outlook 2003 | Exchqange 2003

Old Reminders

I keep getting users reporting that old appointment reminders keep popping
up, even though they've clicked "Dismiss". Any thoughts?

Outlook 2003 set up (Reg file)

Is there a regfile anywhere that I can use to set up a new user's mailbox
automatically.

We run exchange 2003 and office 2003.

Basically the whole desktop setup is automatic, except for this part....
