Hello, one of my users accidently got a reoccuring entry wrong which
resulted in thousands of entries in the Calendar at the same time slot.

Thank you but in our case we do not run BES at all so I do not think the
proposed solution applies here.
I forgot to mention that the problem with disappearing Meetings only occurs
for one user but...
