Switching computers - How do I move/import accounts and mail and address books?

I had to go back to the Hewlitt Packards intial software during a restore
without losing any data...

But OUTLOOK is not running and I only have one copy and I put it on my new
PC.

I found the PST...

Guys, I am far from an expert on anything and look for guidence...

I don't have outlook running on the original computer because I had to
reset it back to "original HP" set-up - It was an option...
