How to delete e-mail "fill-in" feature in Outlook 2003

That was it..I tried to use the mouse to select, but that just
"selected" it..of course..duh !

Since I'm on a legal hold order I can't delete business email (all the
otehr junk mail is gone of course)

I'm stuck with the folders.

As a research scientist I manage many research projects which require
multiple folders and subfolders.

Plus, I'm on a legal hold order so my coorporate email cannot...
