Personal Distribution List

Is there anyway I can preserve the distribution list name in the To: field
when sending a message. The name of the distribution list is preserved when
the list is created in GAL?

Track User Access

I know Outlook doesn't have a good audit trail to log user access. Just
wondering if there are any 3rd party tools out there that can track which
delegate user have deleted an email?

Delegate Access

This is what I've tried with the permissions:

Create, Read, Create Subfolder, Folder Visible are select
Edit Items is set to All and Delete Items is set to none

With these settings, my delegate are...

I want my delegates to be able to read/create and move items to folders but
NOT delete. Anyway we can do that in Outlook?
