Thanks for the reply. When you say "Examine your folder hierarchy more
carefully." are you saying that the left hand folder list will show the
hierarchy of all my address books?

Some contacts don't appear

When I choose "Contacts" in the Folder List, I'm unable to find a particular
contact. But when I click on Tool Address Book I'm able to find the
contact.

Does Outlook use 2 different address...
