Cant see shared calendar

I ran into a case where just setting the permissions on the shared calendar
did not work, had to make the use a delegate too.

Shared Calendar - Operation Failed

Yes, they are delegates for each other, but they don't get OOOs on the other
persons messages, just meeting requests.

User-A sent a meeting request to User-B and then gets an Out of Office reply
from User-C. User-B and User-C can access each others calendar, is that why

the only way to do it is, from the message list, right click on one of the
column headings, pick Field Chooser, drag the Size field up to a heading, and
sort by size.
